We’re a Team, Not a Van
A lot of smart home installation is done by one person with a van and a voicemail. That’s fine until the programme moves, a question needs answering mid-plaster, or something needs support three years later. SMC is a six-person company: two full-time directors, an in-house programmer, dedicated support staff and two installation engineers — with a real office, real phone lines and a Control4 Certified Showroom in Shrewsbury. When you build us into your project, there’s always someone on the end of the phone.
