I first discovered SMC as Shropshire Hi-Fi. Since then they have provided my Home Cinema needs. Last year I purchased a screen and was delighted with the efforts made by Duncan to ensure that I had the right product.
It was inevitable that I should look to SMC for my recent 'upgrade' to Blu-ray. Yet again I was impressed with the efforts taken to demonstrate the equipment in the showroom in Shrewsbury over several hours and then deliver and install it.
The work carried out at my house was to the highest standards. Would that I had received this level of service from all the other service providers I have used over the the years.
It has taken some time to fully understand the Denon AVR4308 but that is due to a poor instruction book. The installation team spent a good deal of time ensuring it was set up correctly. I can't praise Ian and Ash enough for their efforts.
